THIS INCLUDES 36- 30 MINUTE APPOINTMENTS PER YEAR

PLUS YOUR CHOICE OF 1 HEALING/ EMPOWERMENT/ BREATH/ OR GIFT ACTIVATION PER MONTH

By checking the box of this scheduled appointment you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions below:

 

I clearly understand and agree to the following:  

  

1.   Valerie Moon focuses on one area each month.  If your ancestral cords and empowerment tools from our initial consultation exceed 12 months, you have the option of continuing your journey until it is complete at the monthly cost stated above .  If you would like to add an additional service to your month, prices are listed below.

2.     You can sign up for membership at any time during the month, you will be charged on the day you sign up.  When you check out of your subscription please choose 1st or the 15th for your auto debited funds thereafter.      

 

3.    On the “Start Date” you will immediately have access to one service per month within your membership type as well as membership benefits.  If you choose to add services each month there will be additional charges.

​5.    I understand the membership dues will be automatically drafted on the 1st or 15th of every month depending on your preferred start date. If the auto draft for the month falls on a weekend or a holiday, the draft may occur on the following business day.          

 

6.   I understand that I may add more than one service per month to speed up my transformational journey.  I understand that if I do add additional services per month, I will pay the additional discounted rate for that month: 

 

• 1 mega healing, 1 gift activation, 120 minutes of support calls ADDITIONAL CHARGE $250.         

• 1 mega healing, 1 shamanic journey class, 120 minutes of support calls ADDITIONAL CHARGE $125.            

• 1 mega healing, 1 pendulum class, 120 minutes of support calls ADDITIONAL CHARGE $125.             

• 1 mega healing, 1 breathwork session (if combined with mega healing), 120 minutes of support calls ADDITIONAL CHARGE $100.           

• Breathwork for attachment style clearing can be discussed with Valerie Moon as needed.              

 

7.   Valerie Moon Healing recommends sessions be used each month. I understand that unused treatments or support calls will NOT rollover to the following months.           

 

8.   If you have a no show/no call/no message for your scheduled appointment, I understand this scheduled time is lost.  Valerie Moon holds this time to support you and with no notice this time is not able to be filled with another client.              

 

9.   I understand that in order for Valerie Moon to conduct your scheduled appointment, she needs to make sure that her energy is at a vibration to be able to connect to spirit.  This may require her to shift an appointment time without notice if something energetically needs to be addressed.  Please show up with compassion for these moments as they are few and far between and out of her control.  These rescheduled appointments become priority on her schedule.             

 

10.   Memberships will remain active unless canceled or frozen per the terms herein,  I understand it is my responsibility, the member, to have clear communication in the event a change is needed.             

 

11.   Should you wish to change, freeze, or cancel your membership you understand that you are required to submit the request in writing by email valeriemoon1111@gmail.com  or 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.            

 

12.   Please note that discounted prices are based on a 12 month commitment.  Should you end your journey early, you agree to pay the difference and full price of each session that was used.  I understand that I will only be charged the difference of the months that I used not future months: 

 

• 1 Mega Healing/ Clean up $200/ 90 minute support calls $165 TOTAL $365.  Difference that would be charged upon early cancellation would be $65.         

• Channeled Breathwork $300/ 90 minute support calls $165 TOTAL $465 difference that would be charged upon early cancellation $165.             

• Gift Activation $300/ 90 minute support calls $165 TOTAL $465. Difference that would be charged upon early cancellation would be $215.              

• Shamanic Journey Class $150/ 90 minute support calls $165 TOTAL $315.  Difference that would be charged upon early cancellation would be $65.             

• Pendulum Class $190/ 90 minutes of support calls $165 TOTAL $355.  Difference that would be charged upon early cancellation would be $105.        

• Rapeh Ceremony $190/ 90 minutes of support calls $165 TOTAL $355.  Difference that would be charged upon early cancellation would be $105.           

 

13.   I understand that if I sign up for empowerment classes that include kits I will be responsible for purchasing the kits: Rapeh Kit $42 (includes: kuripe, 7ml of rapeh, palo santo, blessed florida water) Pendulum Kit $24 (includes: pendulum, selenite clearing tray, palo santo) and the shipping cost of $7.00             

 

14.   Once a membership is canceled, I understand that I will no longer have access to membership   benefits.            

 

15.   Memberships may be frozen based on personal need.  I understand that I have the option of freezing one single month over the course of the 12 months.             

 

16.   During a freeze, members will not have access to membership benefits. All benefits resume once the membership is reactivated.            

 

17.   I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Valerie Moon Ministry of any changes to my Credit Card on file prior to the next billing date.             

 

18.   A non-refundable fee of $35 will be automatically charged to the debit or credit card on file for any charges that are declined or returned for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF).              

 

19.   I understand that these services are provided under a ministry and it is my responsibility to request a donation receipt at the end of year should I choose to submit these donations for tax purposes.
