Soul Retrieval

How do we lose part of our soul?

Soul Retrieval

What is soul loss? This is a survival method that occurs during an abrupt occurrence that makes the soul feel unsafe or scared. To avoid experiencing the aftermath of the event a piece of your soul fractures off to prevent you from having to deal with possible negative effects of where the fear was held within that piece or part of you. This fragment does leave your energetic body.

The empty spaces that we experience after this loss sometimes can be filled with negative experiences because our psyche is affected by the occurrence so we “disassociate”. Some examples of how this can present are: depression, anxiety, self-medication, confusion, brain fog, shift in food relationships, excessive shopping, a feeling of not being whole or one with yourself.

Soul loss is not abnormal and there are times where we are able to retrieve our soul over time independently through our healing. Depending on the experience it may take much longer or you may need assistance. With severe traumas your soul may need counsel or may need to express what he/she needs in order to feel safe and secure coming back into your energy. When a soul retrieval takes place it brings back your inner strength, gifts, vitality, and can empower you.

During your mega healing you are working on specific themes, patterns, or behaviors. If you are working on rejection, Valerie does check to see if there was any soul loss that occurred that is ready to come back around the moments where you experienced deep rejection. This is done for every healing.
